Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once a billing period has started. Cancel any time before your next renewal date to avoid being charged again.
If you cancel within 7 days of your annual renewal and have not used the platform in that period, contact us for a prorated refund. After 7 days, annual plan fees are non-refundable.
The free pilot coupon carries no charge, so no refund applies.
If Hivebizz experiences a verified outage of more than 72 consecutive hours in a billing period, affected subscribers may request a prorated credit. We honor refund requirements under applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.

All payments are processed through Stripe. Stripe may apply its own handling for certain jurisdictions. Where it conflicts with this policy in your favor, the more favorable terms apply.
